Eight services. Three are booked online as a fixed session; five are quoted after an enquiry. Every fee is a from-price (an example in this demo), and we confirm the scope and the fee in writing before work starts.

A first conversation about your business and what you need. We tell you what we would do, what it costs from and what to bring. No filing is done in this session.
From TT$600 (example)
We go through your records for the year and list what is missing, what is ready and what happens next. A written summary follows (example).
From TT$700 (example)
We set up how payroll will be recorded for your business and agree who does what each month. Ongoing payroll is quoted separately.
From TT$900 (example)
Your income and expenses recorded and reconciled each month. The fee depends on how many transactions and accounts you have, so we confirm it in writing after an enquiry.
From TT$1,800 (example)
A plain-language report of your figures each quarter, with a short call to go through it. Scope and fee confirmed after an enquiry.
From TT$1,200 (example)
Preparation of your VAT return from your records, for you to review and file. Filing deadlines are set by the tax authority; we remind you of yours.
From TT$4,500 (example)
Year-end financial statements prepared from your records. The fee depends on the size and condition of your records and is confirmed in writing.
